We still believe that journalism schools have much to offer those interested in this profession. Shooting a Flip video of a tornado or signing up for a free Blogger page does not a journalist make. (Those who advocate for so-called "citizen journalism" would do well to visit our Media Ethics page to understand why leaving it in the hands of amateurs is untenable.)
.
While the title of this Web site may suggest otherwise, we believe in the future, and we believe that it is absolutely necessary to encourage  a new generation of dedicated journalists. There are many journalism schools, and this list is intended to be a starting point for those looking to take the next step.
